Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description provided on the invoice. The customer must notify the seller within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return request. 

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and accessories. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged during shipping.

Custom instruments are final sale unless damaged in transit or defective.

All instruments are insured for the full value of the item.  Once the carrier accepts the package, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.  

If the item arrives damaged, the customer must notify the seller within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials so a carrier claim can be filed.

Shipments may require signature confirmation depending on the item value.
